Escrow Services
The Paradise del Baja Project is utilizing First American Title for Escrow services to ensure proper receipt, authorization, and control of all sales payments. All payments received from Buyers will be deposited into an Escrow account with First American Title. Payments will be held in Escrow, in accordance with developer’s instructions, until the time of Closing. These instructions shall allow only for the disbursements of funds from Escrow to pay for Escrow fees and real estate sales commissions associated with Buyer’s Unit, both of which are Seller’s costs.
